हाल के दिनों में A2 प्रोटीन दूध की चर्चा बहुत की जा रही है बताया जा रहा है कि A2 प्रोटीन स्वास्थ्य के लिए लाभदायक है  हाल के शोध में बताया गया कि यह डायबिटीज ह्रदय रोग और न्यूरोलॉजिकल डिसऑर्डर से बचाता है बताया जा रहा है कि यह दूध भारतीय देसी नस्लों में के गायों के दूध में पाया जाता है 

भारतीय कृषि मंत्रालय देसी गाय के दूध  की खरीदी प्रसंस्करण एवं विपणन पर जोर देने का कार्य कर रही है ताकि किसानों को दूध का प्रीमियम मूल्य मिल सके ताकि उनकी अर्थव्यवस्था को सुधारा जा सकता है

 

देसी गाय के दूध में प्रोटीन कैसीन प्रोटीन पाया जाता है जिसके कारण इसे A2 मिल्क कहा जाता है कैसीन के कारण यह हल्का पीला रंग भी लिया होता है

जानिए गाय की कौन सी नस्ल में A2 मिल्क प्रोटीन पाया जाता है

गीर, साहिवाल, राठी, नागौरी यह नस्लें A2 प्रोटीन के साथ-साथ अधिक दूध देने वाली भी होती है  जिससे किसान का बजट संतुलित रहता है नस्ल की गाय न्यूनतम 8 से 10 लीटर प्रतिदिन का दूध देती है तथा इसकी बछड़ियां 24 महीने में अपना पहला बच्चा दे दीजिए तथा इनका  ब्यातकाल   6 से 8 महीने तक का होता है

इनके दूध और घी का मूल्य इसके भूत का मूल्य 80 से ₹100  पर लीटर होता है तथा घी का मूल्य 3 से 4000 तक  आका गया है गया है

 बढ़ती मांग के कारण इसमें नए छोटे उद्यमी में रुचि दिखा रहे हैं तथा छोटे स्तर पर इसे सरकार द्वारा ऋण दिए जाने लगा है यह गायआमतौर पर राजस्थान गुजरात में पाई जाती है पहली ब्याह  की गाय का मूल्य स्तर से 80000वर्तमान में आका गया है
