 भारत में अधिकतर किसान छोटे व कम जमीनी क्षेत्र वाले हैं वह उनसे बड़ा उत्पादन नहीं ले पाते हैं इसकी वजह से किसान अपनी अर्थव्यवस्था नहीं सुधार सकता इस हेतु मल्टी लेयर क्रॉपिंग सिस्टम को  field पर लाया गया

आइए जानते हैं क्या है मल्टी लेयर

 अलग-अलग ऊंचाई वाले पौधों को एक ही क्षेत्र में एक ही समय पर उगाया जाना जिससे कि अधिकतम लाभ दिया जा सके

 इसके अंतर्गत अलग-अलग ऊंचाई वाले पौधों को तथा अलग जड़ तंत्र कथा अलग-अलग परिपक्व काल वाली फसलों को एक साथ उगाया जाता है इस प्रणाली का उद्देश्य ओके बीच बची अतिरिक्त जगह जहां  पौधे को बिना नुकसान पहुंचाए नए पौधे से  उत्पादन लेना

क्या फायदे हैं क्रॉपिंग सिस्टम से

•  इस प्रणाली को अपनाने से किसान अधिकतम लाभ कमा सकता है किसान एक की जगह दो से तीन फसलों का लाभ ले सकता है
•  कम भूमि की आवश्यकता पड़ती है तथा कल्चर खर्च कम होते हैं
•  मृदा अपरदन  को रोका जा सकता है

 उर्वरकों का उत्तम उपयोग होता है जल सिंचाई की आवश्यकता भी कम पड़ती है समय व मजदूर खर्च की बचत होती है

 Different height plants should be grown at the same time in the same area to give maximum benefit.

 Under this, plants of different heights and different root systems are grown together with crops of different maturity period. The purpose of this system is to remove the excess space between where the new plant is produced without damaging the plant.

 In the given picture, cucumber is grown with maize and marigold flower is grown with cabbage.

 What are the benefits of cropping system

 By adopting this system, the farmer can earn maximum profit. The farmer can take advantage of two to three crops instead of one.

 Less land is required and culture expenses are less.

 Soil erosion can be prevented

 Good use of fertilizers is also required. Water irrigation is also reduced, saving time and labor expenses.
